Nicole Lingham, M.B.A., owner of Xcel Business Solutions hails from our Nation’s Capital. As a native Washingtonian, Nicole learned early on the core values of commitment, determination and most importantly hard work. Upon the completion of her undergraduate studies at Hood College and graduate studies at Trinity Washington University, like many other college grads, Nicole eagerly embraced the next chapter of her life of being a career professional. Over the course of several years, Nicole successfully navigated through companies to include the National Institute of Health, The Washington Post and Urban One (formerly known as Radio One), receiving various accolades along the way. Despite the variety of her roles, Nicole always found the common focus to put the needs of the client first.

 

Over 12+ years of experience, Nicole not only managed to understand the client’s basic needs but set out to develop smart business solutions to increase efficiency in processes and growth in sales. These business solutions enabled the client to prioritize workflow, manage concurrent projects and employ new concepts while exceeding their challenging goals.

 

With the support and encouragement of colleagues, family and friends, Nicole developed Xcel Business Solutions as an affordable, efficient, and effective answer to support small businesses with their Accounting and Administrative demands. Nicole understands the average small business may lack the capacity to focus on their core values if their time is being spent tackling paperwork rather than their mission; thereby, Nicole has made it her mission to take on your obstacles that stand in the way of your progress.

 

When Nicole is not busy putting on her cape to take on the obstacles of the small businessman/woman, she enjoys daily adventures with her son, traveling, listening to live music/shows, and creating “to-do lists.” In Nicole’s personal and professional life, she continues to be a self-directed performer with an accomplished track record of success.
